Anthropic Launches Claude Docs to Bring AI Writing and Team Editing Into One Workspace

Anthropic has introduced Claude Docs, a document workspace inside Claude where people can write and revise with AI. Users can collaborate on a document while Claude helps draft sections and suggest edits. The launch moves Claude further into everyday office work and increases its competition with Microsoft’s Office suite.

  • Claude can draft sections, suggest revisions, ask questions, and comment on editorial choices.

  • Multiple people can edit the same document at once.

  • Documents are private by default and can be shared with selected people or an organization.

  • Users can export documents to Google Docs or Microsoft Word.

  • The features will reach Pro and Max subscribers first, with Claude Slides and Claude Design also coming into conversations in beta.

Anthropic is making Claude a place to produce and refine work, rather than only discuss it. Bringing writing, collaboration, and AI assistance into one workspace could make it easier to take a document from idea to finished draft. It also brings AI assistants into closer competition with traditional office software. Read More

PMNA TUTORIAL: How to Auto-Fill the ClickUp Custom Fields Nobody Ever Fills Using Claude

A task can arrive in ClickUp with a clear description but none of the custom fields your team uses to organize its work. Those empty fields can quietly keep the task out of filtered views and make dashboards incomplete. This tutorial shows how to use Make and Claude to read a new task and fill fields when the text provides clear evidence. If the evidence is missing or ambiguous, the field stays empty for a person to review.

Key Steps Covered:
  • Audit existing tasks and choose fields that are often empty.

  • Define each field’s allowed values and the exact evidence needed to select one.

  • Build a Make scenario that reads new tasks, asks Claude to classify them, and validates each response.

  • Run 20 real tasks through a log-only dry run before enabling writes.

  • Add safeguards against repeated runs, unnecessary costs, and untraceable changes.

  • Backfill older tasks in small batches and repeat the dry run whenever the field rules change.

Why it matters:

The workflow gives project managers a way to make ClickUp views and dashboards more complete. Each value Claude proposes must include an exact supporting phrase from the task. The dry run helps the team catch mistakes before any live fields are changed. Once the scenario is active, marked tasks and an audit log make its updates easier to check and correct.

Meta Says OpenClaw Heavily Inspired Its Muse AI Agent

Meta has acknowledged that its AI agent Muse was heavily inspired by OpenClaw. The admission followed users’ comparisons of the two agents’ workspace files, including files with similar names and content. Meta says it built Muse from scratch, so the reported similarities do not establish that it used OpenClaw’s code.

  • Meta product leader Nat Friedman said OpenClaw strongly influenced Muse’s design.

  • Friedman said Meta built Muse from scratch.

  • Users identified similar workspace files in the two agents, including a file called soul.md.

  • Friedman said Meta valued OpenClaw’s approach and wanted to make a similar agent easier to use at a much larger scale.

  • Muse recently reached No. 1 on the U.S. App Store.

The article clarifies why Muse feels familiar to people who have used OpenClaw: Meta acknowledges the product influence. Questions remain about how closely some of their workspace files resemble each other, but Meta maintains that Muse was built independently. The broader story is Meta’s effort to bring a personal AI agent to a mainstream audience. Read More

TOOL REVIEW: TaskShell Helps to Manage One Shared Task List Across All Your Connected AI Assistants

TaskShell is a task manager that connects your to-do list with the AI assistants you already use. Through its MCP integration, you can ask a connected assistant to create tasks, update deadlines, find notes, or mark work complete during a conversation. A synced web app lets you review and manage the same tasks directly.

  • AI-connected task management: Create, find, edit, and complete tasks by asking a connected assistant in plain language.

  • Shared context across assistants: Give multiple connected AI tools access to the same tasks and notes, so work recorded in one session is available in another.

  • Tasks with useful detail: Add subtasks, notes, images, tags, due dates, priorities, and custom statuses to track what needs to happen.

  • Workspaces for organization: Keep tasks for different projects or areas of work grouped together.

  • Synced planning views: Review and edit tasks in the web app using list, week, two-week, and month views.

For project managers, TaskShell offers a quick way to capture follow-ups while discussing work with an AI assistant, then return to those actions during planning. Its deadlines, priorities, subtasks, and notes can help keep everyday work visible without requiring every update to be entered manually. It is particularly relevant for managers who use several AI tools and want them working from the same task list.
